Sometimes people come to therapy because life feels loud and overwhelming. Other times, it is the opposite — things feel numb, stuck, disconnected, or difficult to explain to anyone around them. You may find yourself constantly overthinking, avoiding situations that trigger fear or anxiety, struggling to keep up with daily responsibilities, or feeling like you have lost parts of yourself through grief, burnout, separation, or major life changes. Even when things look “fine” from the outside, carrying it internally can become exhausting.

I believe therapy should be more than just talking about problems. It should help you understand why your mind and body respond the way they do, while also giving you practical tools that make everyday life feel more manageable. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and meaningful change without judgment or pressure to “have it all figured out.”

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by emotions, stuck in unhelpful patterns, disconnected from yourself, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own, therapy can offer a space to slow down and make sense of what has been weighing on you. Together, we work toward creating more balance, self-understanding, and emotional resilience so that life feels less like survival and more manageable, intentional, and connected.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Neurodivergence

I support neurodivergent individuals with Autism and ADHD, who may struggle with emotional regulation, overwhelm, executive functioning, burnout, and self-esteem. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and nervous system regulation strategies, we work toward building sustainable habits, improving focus and follow-through, and creating systems that support daily life.

Phobias & Anxiety

I help clients manage anxiety, health anxiety, panic, and specific phobias that interfere with everyday functioning and peace of mind. Through evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Exposure Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, clients learn to reduce avoidance, challenge fear patterns, and feel more confident navigating uncertainty.

Immigrant Challenges

Immigrating can bring identity shifts, loneliness, cultural adjustment, family pressures, and a deep sense of disconnection or loss. I provide a culturally sensitive and compassionate space using trauma-informed approaches, and emotionally focused techniques to help clients process these experiences and feel more grounded and supported.

Grief, Separation & Identity Loss

Life transitions such as grief, separation, divorce, or changes in identity can leave people feeling lost, emotionally overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are. Using approaches such as EFT, CBT, narrative therapy, and grief-informed care, I help clients process emotions, rebuild self-understanding, and move toward healing with greater clarity and resilience.
