Mental health challenges can often feel invisible, something we carry quietly even when the weight feels too heavy to hold alone. Many people learn to keep going, to be strong for others, or to push their feelings aside. But healing begins when we no longer have to do it all on our own, when we find a space where our emotions are met with understanding rather than judgement.

In my work as a psychotherapist, I’ve witnessed how transformative that safe space can be. With over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families, I approach therapy as a collaborative process, one rooted in curiosity, respect, and empowerment. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen deeply, and help you move toward greater balance, resilience, and self-compassion.

I draw from trauma-informed, evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy. Every session is adapted to fit your unique needs, strengths, and story. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, family stress, or trauma, we work together to explore practical steps toward healing and growth.

I offer therapy in both English and Tamil, creating a culturally responsive space where language and identity are honoured. My hope is that therapy feels like a meaningful conversation, one that helps you reconnect with your strengths and discover the possibility of change.

Outside of my sessions, I continue to learn and evolve in the field of mental health, and enjoy cooking and spending time with family and friends.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Women's & Postpartum Mental Health

I support women through anxiety, stress, relationship changes, and identity transitions. Together, we explore patterns, boundaries, and self-compassion, helping you rediscover confidence and a sense of balance in your daily life. Being a new mom can be difficult and comes with stress and uncertainties. Together, we can explore ways of finding your balance and rhythm in this challenging stage.

Immigrants & Newcomers

As an immigrant myself I understand the unique nature of the stress immigration brings upon newcomers. Adjusting to a new country can bring both hope and loss. I help immigrants and their families navigate the emotional and cultural challenges of transition, while honouring your experiences, strengths, and sense of belonging.

Individuals & Parents of Children with ASD/ADHD

I work with parents and individuals living with neurodivergence to strengthen understanding, develop coping strategies, and reduce stress. Together, we focus on practical strategies that support everyday challenges while celebrating each person’s unique abilities. I have experience working with both children (6+) and adults with ADHD and autism.

Children & Teens

For children and teens, I provide a safe, engaging space to express feelings through play, creativity, and conversation. I help them develop emotional awareness, problem-solving skills, and confidence to manage challenges as they grow.
