Rashmi Ramalingam

M.SC, BS.C, CYC, RP (QUAIFYING)

Rashmi is a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families in feeling heard, supported, and empowered. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed and collaborative approach that values curiosity, respect, and empowerment in the therapy room.

Rashmi’s role is not to “fix” clients but to work alongside them, listening carefully, understanding their stories, and helping them uncover the tools and insights that move them toward the life they want to live.

She integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, expressive arts, and play therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether exploring anxiety, stress, or family challenges, Rashmi provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can show up as they are and take meaningful steps forward.

She offers sessions in English and Tamil and believes that therapy should be a conversation that builds resilience, honours each person’s story, and supports lasting change.
