AREAS OF FOCUS

Men's Mental Fitness

I’m passionate about supporting men as they navigate the unique pressures of work, relationships, and identity. My approach is straightforward and compassionate, creating a space where men can speak openly without judgment. Together, we work on building emotional awareness, resilience, and practical strategies for handling stress and life’s challenges with strength and authenticity.

Marriage & Family Counselling
I have extensive training in working with high-conflict relationships, power imbalances, abuse, and infidelity. I’m passionate about helping couples and families rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and create healthier connections, because I believe strong, loving relationships are the foundation of personal and family well-being.
Trauma & Recovery
Through my training in trauma therapy and EMDR, I support individuals in healing from painful experiences such as abuse, violence, or loss. My approach is compassionate and evidence-based, helping clients process trauma safely and find renewed resilience and hope.
Addiction and/or Substance Misuse
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals facing addictions, substance misuse, and mental health challenges. I take a non-judgmental, supportive approach to guide people on their journey toward recovery, knowing that meaningful, lasting change is possible.
Workshops, Training & Supervision
In addition to counselling, I also lead workshops for couples, parents, and organizations, and I provide supervision and training for other clinicians. Sharing knowledge, building skills, and supporting fellow professionals is deeply rewarding and reflects my commitment to strengthening mental health in our communities.
