AREAS OF FOCUS

First Responders
I have extensive experience supporting first responders, including police officers, firefighters, and paramedics. I understand the unique stress, trauma, and burnout that can come with this work, and I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and EFT to help process trauma and build resilience. My goal is not only to support healing but also to provide preventative tools to reduce the impact of work-related stress.
Healthcare Professionals
As someone who has worked closely with nurses, midwives, and other healthcare professionals, I understand the challenges of compassion fatigue, workplace trauma, and the ongoing pressures of caring for others. I use EMDR, CBT, and EFT to help reduce the weight of stress, process difficult experiences, and restore balance. I’m passionate about helping healthcare providers find space for their own healing while continuing to care for others.
Childhood Trauma
I work with both adults and teens who are healing from the impact of childhood trauma. Using an attachment-focused approach combined with EMDR and EFT, I help clients process painful experiences while building safety, trust, and a stronger sense of self. My goal is to support long-term healing by addressing the roots of trauma and creating pathways toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being.
People Impacted by Sexual Assault
As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in working with people who have experienced sexual assault. Using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients reduce the distress of flashbacks, sleep difficulties, hypervigilance, and daily triggers. I provide a supportive space to process these experiences, empowering clients to regain a sense of safety, and strengthen self-compassion.
